Due to the nature of our products (research peptides), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nexislabs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is verified and the order is processed, cancellation is not possible.
